The NFCA Hall of Fame coach has led the Profs to ten New Jersey Athletic Conference titles and 21 NCAA Tournament appearances, and 6 NCAA National Championship Tournament appearances, including three consecutive trips to the finals site in 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Rowan’s 21 NCAA Regional appearances under Wilson include six trips to the NCAA Super Regional, including back-to-back berths in 2018 & 2019 and again in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Under her tutelage, the Profs reached the Division III Finals six times (1999, 2016, 2018, 2023, 2024, 2025).
